Jake was able to stand up today. After standing for a short time his grandparents asked him to sit down in a chair and he did. While Jake was sitting Ant offered him some advice on how to sit up in the chair and Jake responded with a raised eyebrow. Although Jake is not making direct eye contact, it must have been quite a look because it made both Ant and her parents crack up.
So Jake's new room is considerably smaller and the staff still recommends only family members visit Jake. However if you stop by the hospital to encourage the family you can go to the nurse's desk and have them contact Ant and she will be happy to visit with you.
As always your continued prayers and support is much appreciated.

Allright, Jake! We have been on vacation in East Tennessee for the past 5 days and have had NO internet so I am soooo excited to read of all the progress! You are the man! Oh, and we took Parker to his first Tennessee Vols game and they won! Everyone in the stands said that he was their good luck charm, all 2 months of him!
You are in our thoughts and prayers daily...keep up the great work!
We love you!
Jenn, Aaron, Grace, Susie and Parker
My family all sends their love and support.
I'm so glad that Pat and Larry are there now.
Awesome progress! Jake, We're all praying miraculous healing over all of you! I praise
Him for His goodness, and bless His healing over you! We're asking for every cell regenerated! We miss you and can't wait to see you with that ball in your
