Jake got lots of rest today. He also charmed the nurses into taking off his restraints, but they replaced them with mitts that are used discourage patients from tugging on any medical equipment.
Jake was performing for his sister in law today. Autumn asked Shaphan if they could remove the mitts while they were visiting him. This request prompted Jake to lift his arm for Autumn. Just to make sure it wasn't a mistake, she moved to the other side and asked again and Jake lifted his other arm in her direction.
Jake continues to get rest and show progress each day. What a blessing!!
